The sessions are led by one or two highly-trained experts and allow the participants to acquire a sound basis in a new field, to develop new competencies in their profession or to prepare to take up new positions.
The limited number of participants (3 to 15) allows for an interactive approach which enables every participant to see his personal expectations met.
Moreover, the use of active pedagogical methods gives the participants the opportunity to put the acquired knowledge into practice.
