The EFE Group and its subsidiary, the CFPJ Group, provide, on the basis of a 4-year framework contract, training and professional development for the personnel of the European Institutions in the following areas: management, strategic planning, communication, and organisational development.

With regard to these different subjects, the EFE group assists the European Institutions in developing tailor-made training activities, consulting services, arranging for experts, and the organisation of team-building events or conferences in Brussels and Luxembourg, as well as in the EU Member States.
